The division is qualified to manage conventional multi-family housing, as well as properties under the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and Farmer's Home Administration (FmHA) programs. As a full-service management firm, the division assumes the responsibility of:
  • managing administrative details for the property;
  • developing ongoing, individualized marketing plans for the property;
  • establishing standards of preventive and routine service maintenance procedures;
  • providing on-site, motivated, trained leasing agents to field all inquiries from prospective residents and to provide a visible, accessible link between residents and property management and
  • conducting frequent property inspections
