The goal of Pembroke's Apartment Division is to achieve the highest possible return on the client's investment. The division's current responsibility is for four communities which enjoy occupancy rates above the regional average.
The division is qualified to manage conventional multi-family housing, as well as properties under the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and Farmer's Home Administration (FmHA) programs.
As a full-service management firm, the division assumes the responsibility of :
- managing administrative details for the property;
- developing ongoing, individualized marketing plans for the property;
- establishing standards of preventive and routine service maintenance procedures;
- providing on-site, motivated, trained leasing agents to field all inquiries from prospective residents and to provide a visible, accessible link between residents and property management and
- conducting frequent property inspections
